I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, with it being so close to Central Station and all the attractions in Sydney. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure my stay was comfortable. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with very comfy beds and all the basic amenities I needed. Plus, having breakfast included was such a convenient bonus.
All in all, everything was great and there's really nothing to complain about.

I was actually surprised by the excellent location of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in was tidy and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the staff at the reception were helpful and went out of their way to assist me when I wasn't feeling well. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and attentive service.

Conveniently located near Central Station, Light Rail and popular markets. Local Woolworths supermarket just 5 mins away. Spacious room for larger groups. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. We loved the convenience of being right next to Central station, easy to explore the city and also catch a train to the airport. The breakfast provided in the lobby was a great bonus, with a variety of pastries and hot drinks available.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central train station, making it very easy to explore the city. It is also close to Chinatown, allowing for easy access to delicious dining options. The staff is friendly and the service is great, with early access to rooms available upon request. The beds and pillows are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning, as well as use the iPad provided in the room.
It would have been better if the hotel responded to emails requesting separate beds in advance.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the central location and proximity to shopping malls and restaurants. The complimentary muffins and all-day coffee and tea were a nice touch. The spacious and clean 3-bed room was perfect for our group.
